Vodka Ice Pops

After the trays of jell-o shots were all slurped up, and Cecy’s crazy margarita maker had done its damage as well, it was time to slow things down and freshen up with a mildly spiked popsicle. This recipe was adapted from the Miami New Times Booze Hound blog, who borrowed the recipe from the Fontainebleau. Here’s the original:

Grey Goose Le Citron Frozen Fresh Berry Lemonade

.75 oz. Grey Goose Le Citron
(I used 1.5 oz of the same Smirnoff Strawberry I put in the Jell-O shots)

5 Raspberries Muddled
(I had a really hard time separating raspberries from blackberries in the frozen berry mix I had on hand, so our pops were multi-berry)

4 oz. Simply Lemonade
(Again, I was using what we had, so we used Crystal Light lemon-lime.. Calorie bonus!)
